Firmware Engineer

job summary:
Long term hybrid contract Firmware Engineers in the Rochester NY area .

- Generate necessary/related documentation for product release

- Proficient in development of product test specifications (production environment)

- Develop embedded C/ C and Python source code on microcontrollers, including interfaces to external systems.

- Develop on tool chains including but not limited to GCC, Vitis, Vivado

- Experience developing on embedded Linux OS and FreeRTOS OS

- Using common debugging tools to troubleshoot embedded code and implement corrections

- Proficient in using version control systems (e.g. Git), and Atlassian tools

- Troubleshoot prototype and production units at electromechanical systems level.
