The Team:
As a Full stack Java Developer, you will be a senior member, encouraged to supply to the technical SME and center of competence within the team.
This includes:
- Working with the team of developers and tech leads with specific emphasis on sound fundamental development methodology.
- Providing leadership on project development policies, procedures, standards and strategies.
- Participating in the team's effort to improve the efficiency and quality of the entire development process.
- This is a 50% backend and 50% frontend developer role
- Your communication with peers and leaders is clear and effective.
- You love to take initiative to solve a problem and get the job done
- Collaborate with team day to day Scrum activities and strong design skills.
- Adapt to aggressive schedule in a fast paced environment.
- 3-5 years of development experience (50% backend and 50% frontend ) with at least 1 year of experience at a senior level.
- Solid understanding of Web App development, Rest concepts and developing REST APIs using Spring boot
- Excellent understanding of Java 11 capabilities, Lambda, Streams and functional interfaces, Spring modules, including IOC, MVC(Rest), BATCH, Spring Boot along with other core components like batch and security
- strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript fundamentals and working with one of the key JS framework like Angular 12 , React 18 , Node.JS etc.
- Exposure and experience to Cloud (AWS), EC2, EKS etc.
- Background in healthcare
- Containerization Concepts, Docker, Kubernetes
- Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven
- JIRA, Confluence
- API orchestration
- JSON data extraction
- Node/GraphQL knowledge/experience

responsibilities:
- Coordinating and leading research into new technologies independently, as part of a team and with the Architecture team for recommendations for future releases.
- Contributing to a teamwork environment by actively participating in peer project reviews, code reviews, design reviews and being available to help others when needed.
- Working with SMEs in understanding business requirements and translate them into detailed designs, consider the best strategy to ensure design meets performance, security, usability, and reliability and scalability requirements
