General Manager

salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

● Manage and scale warehouse operations (QC, inbound, outbound, returns, personalization,
inventory control)
● Ensure timely processing and shipment of all orders, including monogrammed items.
● Support retail allocation and oversee store fulfillment logistics strategy.
● Collaborate with other department leaders and omnichannel teams for special requests and
process changes.
● Drive productivity standards and implement improvement programs
● Motivate, train, and communicate effectively with the team to ensure safety, reliability, and
cleanliness.
● Monitor KPIs, identify efficiency and accuracy improvements, and address bottlenecks.
● Create and track volume forecasts.
● Champion change management and foster a continuous process improvement mindset.
● Develop facility operation plans for peak season.
● Take ownership of employee performance, development, and retention.
