responsibilities:
- Represent HEOR in cross-functional meetings for the assigned asset
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and HEOR team to align on evidence generation strategy in supporting global market access and reimbursement
- Consolidate and strategically prioritize affiliate feedback for market access deliverables
- With the support of a Real World Evidence Center of Expertise (RWE COE), execute post-hoc analyses using trial data to support value proposition
- Report to and inform HEOR therapeutic area (TA) strategy lead key information
- Perform literature reviews and make literature based recommendations
- Generate robust HEOR evidence to support value proposition of the assigned asset
- Work with cross-functional teams and collaborations
qualifications:
- MS or Ph.D. in health economics, health services research pharmacy administration, or related discipline
- Extensive and hands-on experience with retrospective database analysis, patient-reported outcomes and network meta-analysis
- Experience collaborating in a highly-matrixed cross-functional industry team involved in value proposition development (commercial, market access, clinical development, medical affairs, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of full-time industry or consulting experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) required
