home equity processor

This position is responsible for processing and disbursing Home Equity products. Coordinate the flow loan documentation within the loan system and maintain regular contact with customers during the loan process. Responsibilities

• Communicate with members regarding loan decisions
• Review loan terms with customers to ensure accuracy and gain customer acceptance
• Ensure proper set up of documentation
• Ensure all verifications, closing requirements, and stipulations are met prior to closing
• Verify income
• Inform, educate, and advise all clients throughout the loan process.
• Communicate loan decisions, answer questions, and guide clients through next phase/options.
• Maintain working knowledge on all required loan documents, product related lending documents and all applicable operating systems.
