Crypto trading is 24x7 we are looking for this team member to be on call support one week of the month including one weekend day (with comp off on the working day) during evening Eastern time hrs. For rest of the 3 weeks candidate would be joining development team and doing java/ui dev for the trading platform. On support there would be opportunity to do automation work as well.

The Skills You Bring:
- You are proficient in Java, Springboot, REST services, and have exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Nice to have experience in Web/UI development using HTML / CSS / JavaScript, Angular.js development
- Nice to have expertise with other technologies like JQuery, Backbone, Require, Bower, Browserify, or other advanced JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of Angular nx, ngrx store.
- Preferred knowledge on ag grid.
- Preferred knowledge on JEST unit testing framework.
- You are experienced in modern web application packaging and deployment using Yeoman, Grunt / Gulp is a huge plus.
- You are experienced with Ant/Maven, Nexus, Git/Jenkins or NPM is highly preferred
- You have expertise in dealing with large amount of data in real-time applications with big-data technologies such as KDB/Q or similar
- Experience working in an Agile Environment, with a strong preference for Scrum certifications
- Previous exposure to trading systems or brokerage technology is strongly preferred
- Having excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to run with multiple tasks at a given time
- Familiarity with event driven and service-oriented processing is desired
- Demonstrated work experience with cloud technologies. Industry certifications are welcome, but hands on experience and expertise are better

- Deliver high quality, timely, cost effective and maintainable software solutions in an agile environment to meet functional and non-functional business requirements
- Actively contribute to the design and implementation of engineering practices such as code and design reviews, cloud strategy, and build and deployment pipelines
- Work with product owner, squad lead and architecture on a frequent, recurring basis to design and influence technical improvements to the platform, team, and direction
- Able to clearly present complex technical solutions, ideas, and plans to senior management, business partners, and less technical stakeholders as needed
- Develop a keen understanding of the business domain you are working on and actively guide technology discussions with business partners and other external parties
- Investigate creative practices and decide how to apply them within the team
