responsibilities:
Rolling Lab activity / HSEQ
- Set up the laboratory measuring equipment, laboratory technology, and adjust measuring programs
- Maintain and care for the laboratory equipment and the laboratory inventory.
- Participate in the adaption and implementation of new measuring methods (chemicals, selection of equipment)
- Carry out, evaluate and document the regulate monitoring of test equipment in accordance with device responsibility
- Preparation and performing of analysis, for further development of products.
- Participate in blending instructions, test parameter and test frequencies.
- Diagnosis of emulsion, physicochemical and tribological characteristics of product and further developments
- Documentation of results in OneDrive/ TOTAL SharePoint system.
- Checking new raw materials in line with region supply chain and EHS policy.
- Carry out the national/international shipment taking into account the regional dangerous goods regulations
- Develop customer-oriented solutions
- Carry out non-routine tests with different test parameters independently to support the technical field service
- Support at customer trials
- Support production in daily business
- Adjustment of products according to the management system on a laboratory scale
- Special approvals in consultation with technical field service
- Study errors and fix the production process

- Experience level: Experienced
