Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails and welcome clients to the office
- Answer general questions and address client concerns
- Assist and evaluate prospective client inquiries and sign ups while demonstrating empathy
- Assisting in various projects that include, but not limited to, filing and scanning paperwork, data entry, client billing
- Maintain confidentiality at all times, treat clients with respect and provide outstanding customer service
