salary: $22 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

1. Audit closed consumer loans after posting . Make sure rate, term,
account type, insurance, flags, and pre-authorization have been properly loaded on the
system.

2. Review all loans from both branches and dealers to make sure all stipulations have been
met. If mistakes are found or information is missing, the file is returned to the originator
for follow-up and correction by phone, e-mail, or regular mail, as appropriate.
3. Maintain Exception Log and follow-up on any returned files for status update. R

8. Act as a backup to the Consumer Loan Servicing and Mortgage Quality Control areas
10. Maintain confidentiality of all member and credit union information and data.
11. Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.
