Logistics Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this role is ensuring dates are accurate and up to date for the in-warehouse availability. Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound shipments: ETA's, estimate in-warehouse dates and update internal systems
• Review freight through external portals, adjusting dates when needed and maintaining bookings integrity to purchase order requirements
• Help prioritize critical shipments, able to adapt to ever-changing priorities
• Monitor trends on ports with issues and creative ways to move the cargo, with demonstrated
  experience on creating cost efficiencies with transportation activities
• Basic knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications
