Maintenance Lead

We are currently searching for a qualified and reliable maintenance manager to lead our maintenance department. As the maintenance manager, you will be responsible for managing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company’s facilities. Your duties will include maintaining machinery, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures.

salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain all required preventive maintenance procedures for the plant. Train others to

perform preventive maintenance and inspections during shutdowns and outages. This may require
weekend and/or off shift support in response to production requirements.

•  Assist the Maintenance Manager to schedule and assign maintenance, preventive maintenance, and

changeover tasks using the CMMS tool.

•  Develop and implement change over procedures to meet the plant guidelines.
• Train others in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a wide variety of machine applications

in response to production requirements.

•  Communicate information to Maintenance Manager and to the Production Supervisor regarding technical

issues, equipment problems, and continuous improvement ideas.

• Perform and train others on the techniques of interfacing and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controls

(PLC's) and PLC controlled equipment with a Lap Top Computer and various plug-in modules.
