Membership Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the development and printing of training handouts and workbooks for use at
  seminars and conferences. This may include proofing new and existing materials. Creates
  forms for each training session including sign-in sheets, evaluation surveys, attendance
  certificates, etc. Makes hotel, flight and car arrangements for staff and speakers.
• Maintains a working knowledge of Zoom and oversees educational webinars offered by the
  department. Creates certificates of attendance if required.
• Regularly updates department inventory of supplies, including course supplies, certificate
  paper, etc. Obtains bids for department purchases as assigned. Serves as back up to the office
  coordinator for answering the general phone line, receiving deliveries, etc.
• Maintains knowledge of all Association programs and services in order to respond to
  member inquiries and general requests for information regarding Association programs.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel; experience with database management.
Excellent personal communication skills with a customer service attitude. Proofreading and
organizational ability; ability to work independently and as a team member; ability to work on
simultaneous projects and problem-solve; good driving record; availability for local travel.

Reports to the Director of Membership Services and works closely with the Executive Director. Communicates frequently by phone and through email with staff of member facilities.
