Mortgage Purchase Coordinator

Downtown Harrisburg mortgage lender has an opening for a Purchase Coordinator II. The Mortgage Purchase Coordinator II position is responsible for completing daily and weekly reports and to assist the mortgage purchasing agents in completing the review of the purchase files. This company offers over 40 paid days per year to start. Great company, great people and great benefits that can't be beat! Work 37.50 hours a week at $21 an hour. Position is a Grade 4 so lots of upward mobility available.  A true career path. Parking provided and 100% paid. Work in the office 5 days a week. Must be fully vaccinated. 100% in office.

Responsibilities

• Employee will be required to work at the physical location of the Harrisburg, PA office during scheduled business hours.
• Assign files to the purchase officers that were uploaded into the electronic system, in  addition to mortgage documents received throughout the day.
• Maintain a spread sheet to track the original Notes received from the lenders.
• File the Notes received from the  lenders in the cabinet if we have not received the electronic purchase file.
• Enter codes in system to track that the note was received.
• Process the daily purchase edit.
• Review and make corrections where needed.
• Work with Purchase Officer on issues that need further investigation to resolve the issue.
• Assist in splitting purchase files when needed.
• Monitor the shared email box for the unit.
• Forward emails to appropriate staff that was assigned to the file.
• Forward other emails to appropriate staff that can assist or answer the question.
• Run weekly reports to send the Notes to the trustee. Review for accuracy.
