salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

A sound mortgage underwriting/processing background
 Knowledge of substandard/sub-prime loans
 The ability to review all documentation pertaining to originations,
collateral and assignments/endorsements
 The ability to review and summarize commentaries relative to each
asset
 The ability to review and score payment transactions
 The ability to review Appraisals and Broker Price Opinions
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on EXCEL
 Excellent people and proactive communications skills
 strong attention to detail
 Ability to meet multiple deadlines
 Ability and interest to learn new roles within the company
 Bilingualism (is a plus)
