  • Answering phones promptly and in a respectable manner
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries
  • Effectively communicate order updates both internally and externally
  • Process purchase orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Monitor and distribute tasks received through Salesforce and Sypro
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to manage customer accounts to maximize profitability
  • Support office staff with general administrative duties
  • Collect and distribute mail
  • Order office supplies when needed
  • Ensure correct pricing and customer information are updated in Syspro
  • Take credit card payments
  • Process invoices within one day of receipt
