Randstad in partnership with Mass General Brigham are actively seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team supporting Wentworth Douglass Hospital. This is a temporary contract beginning Monday August 21st, 2023 with a full-time hours (M-F, 40 hours / week) and a hybrid schedule working remotely 3 days / week and reporting on-site 2 days / week at the Dover, NH location. Responsibilities
The Talent Operations Coordinator is responsible for owning the
candidate experience throughout the onboarding process for both internal and external associates. The Talent
Operations Coordinator will provide excellent candidate experience and be responsible the onboarding of all
associates, including obtaining required forms, scheduling occupational health and I-9 appointments ensuring
completion of all onboarding requirements including background, compliance, reference checks and, set up of
systems access.

- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters throughout the
onboaridng process - Lead the new hire onboaridng process (accepted offer through New Employee Orientation)
- Communicate via email, phone, or in person with newly hired employees to ensure successful completion
of all required pre-employment requirements - Set up new employees in HRIS system(s)
- Run and create reports in the Applicant Tracking System.
