ORDER PICKERS 2ND SHIFT

Want to work just 4 hours a day, how about the full 8? We can work with you on that, we are currently searching for hard working upbeat Production Floor Associates to come join us this season which usually last until February and if you’re a great worker! Then we might want you to join us long term and or permanent. We have at no cost to you; Bagels on Wednesday, Thursday free meal (lunch or dinner depending on shift). Lots of great snacks including yogurt, various cereals, Dunkin and Bustelo coffee, juices, fruits, etc.   This is what you will do: We’re hiring in all three areas below—let us know which role you prefer in your interview Picking

• Print, fold, and sort work order tickets
• Pick inventory, such as trays, lenses, and frames
• Operate a frame tracer

Final Inspection

• Use a lensometer to ensure lenses have the correct power and meet ANSI standards
• Perform final visual quality inspection before products are packaged and shipped
• Identify and report defects

Packing and Shipping

• Assemble kits for each order and package them for shipment
• Create and attach mailing labels
• Print order invoices

Who you are:

• Backed by at least one year of relevant work experience.
• A team player willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
• Positive and self-motivated
• An efficient communicator.
• Highly attentive and organized.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Capable of standing, sitting, and or walking for your full shift.
• Able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.

POTENTIAL SCHEDULE:

• We will go live the 1st week/2nd week of November.
• The 1st two weeks you will work 20 hours per week (4 hours a day)
• The 3rd week you will move to 30 hours per week (6 hours per day)
• The 4th week (1st week of December) you will start your 40 hour work week.
• This applies for both 1st and 2nd shift.
• Please note that we work some Saturdays (we will give you ample advanced notice (usually at least 2 weeks prior).
• Please also note this potential schedule may change.

salary: $15.94 - $15.95 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12:30 AM
education: No Degree Required



Responsibilities

● Picking 

○ Print, fold, and sort work order tickets 

○ Pick inventory, such as trays, lenses, and frames 

○ Operate a frame tracer 

● Packing and Shipping 

○ Assemble kits for each order and package them for shipment 

○ Create and attach mailing labels 

○ Print order invoices 

● Final Inspection 

○ Use a lensometer to ensure lenses have the correct power and meet ANSI standards 

○ Perform final visual quality inspection before products are packaged and shipped ○ Identify and report defects 

● Mounting 

○ Pick jobs, clean and inspect lenses, mount lenses into frames 

○ Bench align frames 

○ Perform final cleaning and inspect alignment
