salary: $14.5 - $15 per hour

work hours: 10 PM - 6 AM

Responsibilities

 Operate assigned machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
 Equipment may include Oven systems, Mixer & blender equipment, Frosting Coating machine,
Bagging Machines, pan washing machines and VeMag Machines.
 Maintains and adjusts freezer-retard temperature and sets timer to required setting.
 Monitors the process to ensure continues bakery product process flow through conveyor
systems.
 Will operate various PLC panels to control proper flow of product.
 Troubleshoots process and makes speed adjustments.
 Document weight, product yield, downtime, and additional metrics.
 Collaborates with the in-line Product Laminator and Mixer to ensure continues product flow.
 Adjusts Ensuring product standards, specifications, and customer requirements are met.
