parts sales

Randstad is looking for an experienced inside sales and parts administrator to assist customers with technical support, quotations, and order entry. You will need to be skilled in MS Office especially Excel, experience with SAGE will be a bonus. You will work Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30 with overtime only as needed. Hourly pay based upon experience from $20 an hour with benefits including health, dental, HSA, and 401K, Yearly Bonus, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their parts requests and provide technical support, quotations, and inventory status.
• Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Sourcing parts for commercial customers from several different vendors.
