Randstad is the #1 HR Services Company in the world and we are sourcing for a Payroll/Administrative assistant in the Panama City Beach, FL area. We are looking for a sharp individual who is proficient in MS Office specifically Excel & Word. If they have any working knowledge of SAP that would be a plus as they will be uploading payroll / project information, PO's, etc. They will also be supporting site managers and directors for various other tasks so flexibility is key. Excellent communication both written/verbally is must as well as being a self starter. This is strictly a contract position and it can start immediately.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain spreadsheets to:

    • Track and analyze project payroll costs, including information downloaded from SAP, site gate logs, information from contractor time sheets, and verify contractor invoices for the same
    • Time and material tracking for T&M contract work
    • Track safety statistics
  • Look up project information in SAP. Download information to spreadsheets

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent skills in Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work with numbers and costs in an excel spreadsheet. Capable of some analysis to verify accuracy
  • Attention to detail -accurate/error free work.
  • High energy and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable in an industrial/construction environment.
  • Excellent attendance.
  • Able to learn some functions in SAP
