Payroll Specialist

salary: $17 - $21 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

 Invoices related parties for applicable items.
 Maintains customer master file information.
 Verifies production control for billing purposes.
 Deposits checks and post all receipts to ledger.
 Reconciles accounts to company systems and produces management reports.
 Manages customer relations including collection and direct customer contact.
 Acts as backup for accounts payable
 Assists Accounting Department with other projects as necessary.
 Perform journal entries for the monthly closing.
