- Base salary in the $95-$100 range with a 15% incentive package.
- Typical hours are 7 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday (approx 50 hours per week)

- Manage the Maintenance Department - day-to-day responsibilities, budget, and personnel
- Order and source parts as needed
- Work with production supervisors, production personnel, and maintenance personnel to drive continuous improvement and ensure a safe work environment.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems to support production and the success of the overall plant.
