Industry leading, very reputable and well established manufacturer is looking for a promotable Spanish speaking Plant Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is not a remote or hybrid position, candidates will need to be on-site 100% of the time.
This position comes with a very competitive compensation plan, commensurate with experience with a salary ranging from $150k to $160k plus an annual bonus and relocation assistance (if needed).
This is a wonderful opportunity and the ideal candidate will possess a track record of growing a plant, building teams, Lean oriented, with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost management. Also, the plant manager will need to be a hands on leader, that utilizes data and who can be tactical and strategic.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities include:
- Lead all aspects of plant operations: Safety; Quality Assurance and Control; Planning and Scheduling;
Production Operations; Maintenance; Process Engineering; Project Management; Continuous
Improvement; Purchasing; Human Resources and Financial Management
- Introduce/drive Lean Manufacturing concepts in the manufacturing facility and support the management
team with implementation
- Create and drive accountability to performance metrics with their management team and on the plant
floor
- Drive culture change through the Operating System's focus on eliminating waste and driving
employee engagement
- Build a winning Team capable of adapting to changing demands and driving excellence in everything they
do
- Establishing a cadence of accountability all levels of the plant
- Lead all aspects of plant operations: Safety; Quality Assurance and Control; Planning and Scheduling;
Production Operations; Maintenance; Process Engineering; Project Management; Continuous
Improvement; Purchasing; Human Resources and Financial Management
- Interface with sales teams, take part in customer visits
- Promote, champion and deploy the tools of continuous improvement tools and Operational Excellence to
measurably improve Safety, Quality, Service and Overall Equipment Effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Processes, Operational Management or a similar field
- Min 7 year related experience
- Experience with lean tools including, kaizen, 6-Sigma, Continuous Flow Operations, Autonomous and Total
Productive Maintenance, Workplace Organization, People Development, Value Stream Analysis
- 3 year experience using SAP, SPC and WMS preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
