responsibilities:
- Assist team leads and technicians in process development, improvement, and implementation through standardized work development, 5S, and workstation setup

Drive elimination of non-value-added activities within Operations by using lean manufacturing tools to identify waste in the process, understand the root cause of the waste, and implement continuous improvement ideas to eliminate the waste
- Ability to lead, teach, apply, and train Lean Manufacturing principles within the organization, using these skills to develop employees within the manufacturing organization
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced

- Education: Bachelors
