Product Manager

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years’ product experience/product management, preferably for eCommerce products with a large user base.
• Experience implementing regulatory/compliance requirements for large organizations or large scale platform solutions
• Solid analytical abilities, experience in translating complex business issues into clear goals and product requirements
• drive and curiosity to create new ideas, identify opportunities and create vision to drive the business forward
• Ability to shift from developing and communicating a strategy to executing in a cross-functional, matrixed organization
• Sanctions/AML certifications will be nice plus for this position (ACAMS CGSS / CAMS)

salary: $67.2 - $67.21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience with Agile methods, working with engineering, writing documentation in the form of product requirements, analyzing business requirements and driving to conclusion on product solutions.
• True end to end
• Assist with metrics for large organization
• Clear understanding of requirements they need to be in/understanding of the product
• Synthesize requirements to build solution for the problem with technical departments and execute
• Connecting with originating partners/understanding the product/following through to build solution
• Effectively communicate progress of execution to leadership on development efforts
• Expected to proactively identify issues during execution and resolve
• Manages and administers product planning, design, development, documentation, execution and support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Gathers and prioritizes product and customer requirements, defines the product vision, and works closely with engineering, policy, operations, and support to conform to the company's quality system procedures and to ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and product SLA goals are met.
• Runs pilot programs with early-stage products.
• Performs product demos to customers.
• May work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
