Responsibilities

• Assembling baby changing tables, highchairs, and seating products, including sub-assembly, final assembly, parts, bagging, making cartons and packaging.
• Not typical line work- requires more movement
• May utilize hand tools, power tools and various machines.
• Repair or rework of sub-assemblies/assemblies.
• Able to operate pneumatic screw driver
• Be knowledgeable of quality, workmanship, and company production standards.
• Complete labor card for each job performed.
• Understand 4 Level Grading system for work performance and use it to improve
• Works in accordance with all safety standards.
• Work is subject to inspection and checks.
• Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner.

The essential functions of this role include:

• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
