Randstad Staffing is hiring for multiple 3rd shift Production Operators at a client of ours in Burlington, NJ. These are DIRECT HIRE opportunities! The schedule is Monday - Friday, 11pm - 7am. The total rate of pay with shift differential is $17.64 per hour. Responsibilities

• The Production Operator shall assist co-workers in starting line operation.
• The Production Operator attending the Mill has the responsibility to sustain CM “Continuous Mixer operations.”
• The Production Operator sets specified conditions or required speeds of dicers and machines under their control to achieve smooth operation of line
• At the bagger area, the Production Operator has the responsibility of controlling line operations from the dicer through packaging and preparing for storage of finished product.
• Completed reports on all production achievements for the assigned shift as required.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 48lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
