Production Supervisor

Do you have experience leading a production team? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a leadership position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.

salary: $42,000 - $62,400 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 6 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Work with the Production Manager to plan work and meet goals
• Assist with coordinating team schedule and opertaions for daily shifts
• Ensuring that all required information, training, and teams goals are communicated to team members
• Properly manage inventory, tools, and equipment
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing and logistic procedures is required

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

Supervising (2 years of experience is required)

Wire/Cable Cutting

Machine Operation

Forklift (2 years of experience is required)

Written Communication

Lean, Six Sigma certificates
