salary: $17 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 6:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components by making use of hose, airguns, IPA, cloths, vacuum and other appliances.
• Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
• Quickly address machine faults and alarms and resolve them quickly.
• Report any issues requiring a Production Technician to the line supervisor.
• Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects.
• Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviationsfor adjustment.
• Help equipment technicians repair the equipment if needed.
• Help other Production Technician operators during breaktimes and flexibility to cover other work areas.
• Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 3lbs standing for 12 hours at one time working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week working weekends
