We are now hiring Machine Operator/Technicians for a large and fast growing company in Dalton, GA. Currently recruiting for 6pm-6:30am Swing Shift. Only work 15 days per month, great temp to hire opportunity if you are looking for career growth! What's in it for you?

Responsibilities
Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components by making use of hose, airguns, IPA,
cloths, vacuum and other appliances.
• Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
• Quickly address machine faults and alarms and resolve them quickly.
• Report any issuesrequiring a technician to the line supervisor.
• Produce productsthat meet quality standards with minimal defects.
• Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviationsfor adjustment.
• Help equipment technicians repair the equipment if needed.
• Help other operators during breaktimes and flexibility to cover other work areas.
• Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.
The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoes standing for 12 hours at one time working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week working weekends
