Responsibilities

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) & Google Sheets
• · Computer and technology-savvy; Able to learn new programs and apps easily
• · Able to manage multiple priorities/projects at once
• · Able to quickly learn and work with new technologies/software programs
• · Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Weekly reports on maintenance jobs completed for customers
  · Communicate on conference calls and with reports on project status and plans to the
  customer
  · Timely submission of Generator repair quotes
  · Review jobs and make sure they are in the correct status for billing and update
  customer databases
  · Work with managers to review and resolve billing questions
