A prominent design, production and construction of large scale precast/prestressed concrete structures recast concrete is seeking a Project Manager to work out of the Berkshires area. This is a family owned company that has been around 50 years. Their typical project is in the $5-$30 million dollar range. The Project Manager will work closely with the client, Project Design Team, Subcontractors and Production Personnel for assigned projects to interpret contract documents and to coordinate the over-all design of new precast projects. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of assigned projects from notice to proceed to completion and through the warranty period, and for overall project scope. Some travel will be required to job sites, but job location are within a 4 hour commute. Overnight travel is not required. This is a high priority hire,salaried in the $130K range!

- Effectively maintain diverse relationships with client, subcontractors, jurisdictional representatives, 3rd Party Inspectors, interdepartmental divisions, and any number of project stakeholders and influencers. The PM is expected to extend these relationships through professional communication and exceptional project delivery.

- Directs and coordinates activities in coordination with the Project Team that includes DOT representatives, contractor representatives, and Engineer of Record to ensure project information is shared and responded to in order to support the schedule and budget.
