responsibilities:
- Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan with schedules, resources, and budget for project completion.
- Monitor progress and performance against the project plan, taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
- Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status.
- Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet targets and milestones.
- Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives.
- Lead implementation of specific agency projects, ensuring work aligns with the brand and is completed on time.
- Communicate changes and updates on projects to the Hive creative team and marketing partners.
- Ability to prepare and provide project presentations during meetings with Senior Management.
- Previous experience in project management and writing requirements.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience managing mid to large-scale projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- strong proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to meet deadlines, work with tight schedules, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the marketing or advertising field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work history in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Health Care/Insurance Industry.
- PMP and/or Six Sigma Certifications are a plus.
