Position is in St. Petersburg, FL. $90,000-$110,000-1st Shift Available 8am - 5pm M-F Candidates must have at least 3-5 years project/program management experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Formulate, organize & monitor inter-connected projects
• Decide on suitable strategies & objectives
• Coordinate cross-project activities
• Lead & evaluate project managers & other staff
• Develop & control deadlines, budgets & activities
• Apply change, risk & resource management
• Assume responsibility for the program’s people & vendors
• Assess program performance & aim to maximize ROI
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
• Prepare reports for program directors
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques & methods
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation & change management principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
• Outstanding leadership & organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
