QC Inspector

Are you an experienced Quality Inspector who is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives on solving tough problems? We are looking for an individual to champion the quality of our products by performing visual and cosmetic inspections, perform simple electronic testing, and reporting any verifying defects. salary: $19.25 - $21.25 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Inspection plans and special instructions for inspection of incoming material.
• Perform visual and/ or cosmetic inspection of products following applicable procedures.
• Accurately measure items for compliance to specifications, inspect fit, alignment and functional operation.
• Perform simple electronic testing and inspection at various stagesof production.
• Determinate acceptability of inspected items based on approved specifications.
• Quarantine non-conforming or potential non-conforming parts or material.
• Follow appropriate sampling plans for use in selecting items for inspection.
• Accuratelt record data and results of various inspection activities.
