responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections on electronic components, sub-assemblies, and systems to ensure compliance with reliability and workmanship standards.
- Employ precision measuring tools, templates, and microscopes to verify product conformity to established specifications.
- Confirm completion of all required process operations on inspected products.
- Record quality data accurately in both electronic and manual systems.
- Promptly communicate any identified unusual product defects or process deviations to relevant personnel.
- Provide timely feedback to the manufacturing team when non-conforming products are detected.
- Complete administrative tasks associated with quality inspections meticulously.
- Assist in process audits and collaborate with manufacturing for clarity on quality and workmanship standards.
- Contribute to the resolution of non-conforming materials or products, aiding in their proper disposition.
qualifications:
- Experience level: Entry Level
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Education: High School (required)
