Quality Designer

salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 3 PM

Responsibilities

 Develop and train manufacturing personnel to inspect and analyze product quality.
 Provide critical feedback to the design team for necessary improvements to increase
manufacturability and overall product quality.
 Ensure all products manufactured adhere to the highest quality standards of the company
and industry.
 Investigate failure modes and root causes
 Formally document all findings and results for process improvements.
 Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, including efficiency and speed.
 Analyzed collected production data to identify bottlenecks, yield issues, and improvement
opportunities
 Work with the manufacturing engineer to resolve issues and delays in production.
 Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
 In collaboration with Quality Manager, prepare and host quality audits as required

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
