work hours: 7 AM - 3 PM

Responsibilities
Develop and train manufacturing personnel to inspect and analyze product quality.
Provide critical feedback to the design team for necessary improvements to increase
manufacturability and overall product quality.
Ensure all products manufactured adhere to the highest quality standards of the company
and industry.
Investigate failure modes and root causes
Formally document all findings and results for process improvements.
Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, including efficiency and speed.
Analyzed collected production data to identify bottlenecks, yield issues, and improvement
opportunities
Work with the manufacturing engineer to resolve issues and delays in production.
Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
In collaboration with Quality Manager, prepare and host quality audits as required
The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
