- Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific subject area (chemistry, veterinarian medicine, pharmaceutical sciences) with 5-7 years' experience.
- Lead Auditor ISO certifications preferred.
- Display in-depth understanding of FDA EU regulations and guidelines and ISO 9001:2008. Must be able to demonstrate advanced ability to evaluate and apply compliance requirements and guidelines to applicable situations.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing DeLaval quality policies by partnering with Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, and other functions to develop and execute Quality strategies aligned with product development, change control, and post market initiatives.
- Plans, schedules, and leads multi-functional team in supporting root cause analysis and resolution of internal product defects, customer complaints, and CAPA (5 Why Analysis, Process Mapping, 8D reporting, for example)
- Lead internal audits of DeLaval facilities based on the FDA System Based Inspection Policy and general cGMP. Develop audit plans, conduct quality audits, prepare audit reports, and communicate findings, including compliance risk.
- Lead external audits of DeLaval raw material suppliers including Contract Manufacturers, APIs, Excipients, Primary and Secondary Packaging, and Contract Laboratories. Develop audit plan, conduct quality audit, prepare audit reports, and communicate findings, including compliance risk. Recommends approval or disapproval of suppliers based on compliance assessment.
- Analyzes data from various sources (Non-Conformances, Field Corrective Actions, and Complaints) to drive decisions.
- Revise, review, and write SOPs and checklists to ensure documentation defines the steps necessary to complete required audit tasks.
