Recruiter

Do you have experience in administrative work? Are you knowledgeable in the manufactoring field? You can use both of those skills in this Recruiter/Administrative Assistant position. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and beyond.  You will develop a deep understanding of the business and our roles through hands on learning and job shadowing.  You will utilize your organizational skills to ensure a positive candidate experience and to maintain records. You should be confident and comfortable interacting with different levels of the business and production. This role is onsite at our Hackettstown facility.  

salary: $24 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish job postings
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Participates in recruiting events
• Effectively communicate the ABB employee value proposition
• Extend offers and manage onboarding process including pre-employment screenings
• Input and maintain good data quality in the HR systems
• Manage applicant tracking system including dispositioning candidates, closing requisition, etc.
• Assists in new hire orientation and assimilation
• Looks for process improvement opportunities to improve effectiveness and customer experience
• Maintain employee records
• Support HRBP and Generalist in other duties, as assigned
