salary: $74,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• WIP Management Techniques; Prioritizing work load to positively impact performance metrics
• Interfacing with sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Management
• Identifying and removing obstacles that impact performance and/or quality of repair output
• Constantly work to improve morale, productivity and quality of repair
• Assiting on the job training for less experienced technicians to increase prductivity and quality of repair
• Utilizing computer software such as Microsoft Office and Netsuite
• Communicating technically to any level verbally, electronically, and in writing as management requires
• Motivating oneself to achieve results with some direct supervision and constantly analyzing internal operations in an effort to improve company performance
• Other non-specific duties and responsibilites a supervisor may require of the employee
