My client, a well known beauty company, is currently searching for an R&D Lab Tech at this time. This role will also be starting off as a temp opportunity, and then will be extending/possibility of going perm due to business needs and overall performance.

salary: $26 - $27 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Assists scientists in evaluating raw materials using standard test methods and organoleptic techniques.
 Conduct instrumental analysis utilizing analytical instruments including HPLC/UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, Karl
Fischer, pH meter and Autotitrator.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software programs.
 Must be able to work independently with some decision making ability, able to interact with chemists and
management.
 Must be able to follow cGMP guidelines for good documentation practices
Qualifications
 AS/BS Degree in Chemistry or related field
 Basic knowledge of chemistry techniques (GMP) and knowledge of: Titration, Pipetting, pH, Viscosity and
making volumetric solutions.
 Must have excellent communication skills.
