Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Spearhead daily HSE responsibilities at our Fresno and Dexter locations, championing safety, accident prevention, and fire protection.
• Training and Education: Provide comprehensive safety training to our dedicated team, empowering them with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in a secure work environment.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to all Legal Requirements in the USA, covering everything from emergency response to PPE assessments.
• Drill Coordination: Lead annual drills, including fire, tornado, earthquake, and evacuation exercises, guaranteeing that our team is well-prepared for any situation.
• Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough accident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
• Quality Auditing: Perform audits to verify the implementation of HSE procedures and policies, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize risk assessments and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization, ensuring we meet key performance indicator goals.
