Sanitation Technician

In this role, you will actively engage in and support the production process of our spreads and products, meticulously adhering to company and regulatory protocols and guidelines. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an individual dedicated to ongoing learning and personal growth.  

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Use approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces
• Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing equipment
• Dispose of waste along the assembly line
• Sweep and mop the floors
• Refill soap and hand towels in the bathrooms
• Report potential issues to management
• Adhere to all safety/ GMP and processing procedures with consideration of the facility, product, and other personnel.

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and maintain the work area including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), sanitation chemicals and cleaning equipment assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 6 hours at one time

working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
