We have a client who is looking for an experienced Scheduler. The ideal candidate will have experience communicating with customers internally and externally, to provide updates on deliveries. We are accepting candidates with logistics and manufacturing backgrounds. Also will consider service coordinators as well.
salary: $21.29 - $21.3 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities
- Monitors open orders in assigned geographic area(s).
- Arrange deliveries, pickups, relcations by contacting customers via phone or emails.
- Liason between delivery supervisor and third party logistics partners, coordinating schedules
- Updates delivery notes to provide detailed information to drivers
- Manage delviery orders
- Knowledge of Oracle
- Reschedules and manage cancelled orders.
- Creates Manual orders in the delivery system when needed.
- Coordinates activities with Senior Scheduler
- Updates log for deliveries, including canceled orders, schedules for service calls, and completion
- Monitors and acts on other reports as needed (RMA Report, Staging Report)
