Senior Proofreader

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Proofreader to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Proofreader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our customer-facing and internal materials. Collaborating closely with our Creative Director, Marketing colleagues, Copywriters, and Designers, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of grammar, typography, composition, content, and accessibility compliance. With your keen eye for detail and expertise in proofreading, you will make certain that our materials reflect our brand's voice, adhere to corporate standards, and meet legal requirements. salary: $38.07 - $38.08 per hour

Responsibilities

 Proofreading customer-facing and internal materials for grammar, typography, composition, content, and accessibility compliance, including ads, direct mail, print campaigns, stationery and digital for a variety of internal customers. Become proficient in company branding and corporate standards by keeping up to date with formats, legalities, and style guide content. Responsible for making sure assets follow approved style guide standards and trademark usage and are legally compliant. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will have the ability to multitask. The candidate must have flexibility in a rapidly changing environment and possess excellent organizational skills.

The candidate must work well as part of a team but must also be able to work independently.
• Project manage and prioritize work across multiple projects and must be able to identify and resolve inefficiencies and capacity issues.
