Responsibilities
- Create garment samples according to design specifications and patterns.
- Operate various types of sewing machines (industrial, sergers, etc.) to produce high-quality uniform samples.
- Ensure all samples meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain sewing equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the sewing process.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Garment Sample Maker or Sewing Machine Operator in a high-end manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating different types of sewing machines.
- Understanding of garment construction and pattern making.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
