The repair position is responsible for replacing any damaged cells to make sure that all products leaving the production floor are top quality products
•
Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards and maintaining attention to detail
•
Ensure cleanliness of area
•
Ensure repairs are done within a timely manner to drive production throughput
•
Escalate quality issue trends to the line supervisor
•
Repairs must meet quality standards with no defects post repair
•
Flexible to assist in other areas as needed
•
Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions
The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoes standing for 12 hours at one time working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week working weekends
