Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and manage MRO station for operational excellence and high-quality services.
• Develop/implement maintenance strategies, processes, and procedures meeting regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Lead multidisciplinary team, foster collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, source equipment/materials/services for MRO operations.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, technological advancements, integrate relevant practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies, foster culture of safety and continuous improvement.
