STAFF ACCOUNTANT

• Assist with EOM close process, including booking journal entries, balance sheet and account reconciliations
• Assist with weekly A/R billing for trade customers
• Create intercompany sales orders and process intercompany invoicing
• Assist with processing customer deposits
• Weekly review and analysis of problematic accounts, research and investigate General Ledger errors
• Assist with cash controls and accounting processes enforcement
• Assist with sales tax deliverables as needed
• Help with ad hoc and special projects as needed under the direction of the Controller
• Assist Controller with internal controls compliance
• Help Controller to roll out desktop procedures and how to documents for key functions
