Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, receive and organize merchandise, ensuring efficient stock levels to meet customer demands.
Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with the team to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Excellence: Interact with customers, assist with inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve issues, fostering positive relationships.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with various departments, adapting to the fast-paced environment to ensure smooth operations.
The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time
